• Your company’s legal address will be registered under our local office address in Estonia.

 

• Every company with management outside Estonia must appoint an Authorized Contact Person (mandatory for business registry). All documents delivered to us are considered as received by your company. 
   

The yearly services subscription, includes:
 

1. Handling all the incoming mail and forward it electronically to you. Parcels are not accepted and the legal address in Estonia cannot be used for collecting and forwarding goods. 

2. GroüHub as the appointed Contact Person for your company. This will be shown on public records in the Estonian Business Register. All received documents will be processed and forwarded to you.

3. With Personalized support & Involvement to your project, we walk you through all the necessary steps to comply with local tax reporting, connect to banking solutions and get you closer to growth opportunities while saving you time, stress, and money.
