Company
Documents
You need certified copies of your company's documents to carry out specific procedures in your company's name. This includes but is not limited to opening a bank account, registering in payment portals, or entering into contracts with other companies.
The most commonly required documents are:
1. COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
A document issued by the Estonian Business Registry and certified by a notary public that supports the entry in the public registry and proves that your company is incorporated correctly. It indicates the name and registration code, VAT number (if applicable), share capital, legal headquarters and place of administration, contact details, and basic information on the board of directors, shareholders, and beneficiaries.
In some countries, this document may be referred to as a Registry Entry, Certificate of Good Standing, Chamber of Commerce Certificate, or Company Statement.
We will send you a digital and original copy, certified by a notary and with an apostille from The Hague, to be accepted in the destination country. Likewise, and if necessary, we can support you with a sworn/certified translation into Spanish or another language.
2. ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OR INCORPORATION
It is an extract of the statutes or articles in force in the Estonian Commercial Registry, which describe the rules and structure of your company association, details of the shareholders, and necessary tax information.
By default, the Articles of Association come in Estonian, so if you require a sworn/certified translation into English or Spanish, we can support you with this process.

It is important to note that thanks to the legal assistance treaties in force between Estonia and: Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, France, Belgium, Denmark, and Ireland, documents from these countries do not require an apostille.
3. TAX RESIDENCY CERTIFICATE
Banking service providers or tax authorities may require a tax residency certificate in the countries where the company's place of management is located. The certificate confirms the tax residency of the company in Estonia.
The certificate is issued and stamped by the Estonian Tax & Customs Board and comes in four languages: Estonian, English, Russian, and Finnish.
Postage is not included in the rate. Extra charges will apply if you want us to send the documents by courier (DHL, FEDEX, etc.).
Documents will be ready for shipment in 4-5 business days. Please add approximately 3-10 business days if a translation is needed (timing depends on the language required).
