Why are we doing this?

Because six years ago, GrouHub started with a pretty simple idea:

Make running an Estonian company easier for international entrepreneurs.

Estonia and e-Residency had already made it possible to establish and manage a company digitally from almost anywhere.

But as any entrepreneur quickly discovers, opening the company is only the beginning.

Then come accounting, VAT, taxes, annual reports, payroll, compliance and all the very specific questions that somehow always seem to appear at 17:00 on a Friday 😅

That’s the part we wanted to make easier.

Two years into the journey, GrouHub was supporting 100 companies.

By year four, that number had grown to 400.

Last year, we reached 800.

And today, more than 1,200 companies from 60+ countries work with GrouHub.

We’ve hosted more than 15 events, joined 30+ conferences and summits around the world, became one of the top five members of the e-Residency Marketplace in 2024, and started building a much stronger presence in Latin America.

Today, even our own team works across five different countries.

Which feels pretty appropriate for a company built around helping people run businesses internationally 😄

But when we look back at these six years, the numbers aren’t really the most important part.

It’s the people behind them.

The entrepreneurs who trusted us with their first company.

The founders who came to us when their business started growing.

The clients who asked us one question and ended up working with us for years.

And the e-Residency community that has grown alongside us.
